Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the records relating to the notification in letter 024396/108/G.57G.G.571/2015-19-3 dt.26.8.2019 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to appoint the petitioner for the post of Technical Assistant/Electrical in the 1st respondent Department.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 12.11.2019 made in W.P.(MD) No.19487 of 2019.

2.Today, when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mrs.P.Malini, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that, against the said order passed by this Court, an intra Court appeal was filed in W.A.(MD) No.559 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CONT.P.(MD)No.444 of 2020 2020, where, by order dated 17.08.2020, the Division Bench of this Court has granted interim order of stay of the operation of the order passed in the writ petition.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, since the order of the writ Court has been stayed, this contempt is closed with liberty that, in future, if any cause of action arises to revive the contempt petition, it is open to the petitioner to revive the same after the decision is made by the Division Bench of this Court in the pending writ appeal.
