Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Registry has produced a web copy of case details and also produced a letter sent by 1/3
the learned Additional District Judge, Srivilliputtur, wherein, it has been stated that at the instance of parties, the case was referred to the National Lok Adalat on 30.08.2022 and it was settled amicably in the Lok Adalat and based on the settlement memo, the main suit itself has been disposed of on 10th October 2022.
2. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
