This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the transfer of investigation pursuant to the case registered in Crime No.242 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent to some other investigating Officer or to some other impartial investigation agency. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation is completed and sought two months time for filing final report.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am inclined to direct the second respondent to file the charge sheet within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
