ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A3 to A6 in Crime No.101 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.04.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 324, 307, 302 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and hence, seek bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on 03.04.2015 the accused party and the deceased party were seeing the Adal Padal dance programme and thereafter, in a wordy quarrel, the first accused had attacked the deceased with aruval while the other accused caught hold of him. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first accused was already arrested and detained under Act 14 of 1982 and the investigation is over and hence, the bail petition may be considered. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioners were arrested on 04.04.2015 and major part of the investigation is over and according to the prosecution, the petitioners caught hold of the deceased at the time of occurrence. 5.
Considering the nature of the allegation and the period of incarceration, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. sd/- 01/06/2015 / TRUE COPY / https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
