This Criminal Original petition is filed to issue a direction to the Inspector of Police, Palani Town Police Station, Palani, Dindugal District, to expedite the investigation in Crime No.828 of 2015 and complete the same and to file a final report. 2.Considering the nature of the complaint and the grievances expressed by the petitioner and the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the final charge sheet is likely to be filed within a period of two weeks, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:- The Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Palani, is directed to expedite the investigation in Crime No.828 of 2015 and file a final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
