Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to revise petitioner pay and grade pay in terms of Clause 1(a) and Clause 5 of settlement under Section 12(3) of the I.D Act dated 04.01.2018 and consequently direct the respondents to revise the pension, gratuity, earned leave salary, commuted value of pension, provident fund based on 1/3

the pay revision given in the settlement and to disburse the difference amounts in the terminal benefits together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum payable from the date when it become due to till the date of actual payment within the time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

Alleging disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P(MD) No.21905 of 2018, dated 26.10.2018, the petitioner has preferred the present Contempt Petition, to punish the contemnors.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsels appearing on either side would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
