This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner to the respondents on 04.10.2017 and 01.11.2017.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that both the parties have not appeared for enquiry and therefore, the said complaint was closed.
