2. When this Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), submits that the investigation in this case has already been completed and final report is yet to be filed.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. While filing the final report, the respondent police is expected to conclude the investigation, based on the information, which they have collected from the defacto complainant, and also considering the case of the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if he is having any grounds. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
