ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent and their official not to harass the petitioner unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a case has been registered in Crime No.675 of 2011 under Sections 294(B) & 428 IPC and the same is now pending before the respondent police. He further submitted that the second respondent police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that a new Inspector of Police has now taken charge in the place of the second respondent / Inspector of Police, against whom the allegations as alleged in this petition are set out. Therefore, in the light of the above change of circumstances, the question of harassment does not arise. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the above statement, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
