This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent police to register the First Information Report based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 04.09.2017 within a time stipulated by this Court and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.
