PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Calling for the records of the relating to the impugned seniority list published by the 4th respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.Aa2/2000/2019 dated 17.9.2019 and the consequential order passed by the 4th respondent vide his impugned Na.Ka.No.Aa2/2000/2020(1) dated 22.1.2020 and the consequential order passed by the 4th respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Aa2/2000/2020(1) dated 5.3.2020 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondent to post the petitioner as Revenue Inspector in conformity with the order dated 30.8.2019 passed by this Honourable Division Bench in W.A.(MD) No. 836 of 2018 etc. For Petitioner :

It is represented by the learned counsel on either side that in view of the subsequent developments, the seniority has been revised and the petitioner has been posted as Firka Revenue Inspector.
2. In view of the same, this Writ Petition does not survive and the same is accordingly dismissed. In case if the petitioner has got any grievance, it is open for him to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
