To set aside the judgment and Conviction dated 08.10.2015 by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram(Fast Track Court), Thanjavur in S.C.No.148 of 2012 and acquit the Appellants. Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUNANITHI M, Advocate for the petitioner in both cases and of M/S.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents in both cases the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.M.P (MD)Nos.814 of 2016 and 8069 of 2017 in Crl.A(MD)No.306 of 2015.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
