ORDER

This Criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd Respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the Complaint lodged by Anusuya/3rd Respondent herein. 2.Though notice has been served to the third respondent, none appears on behalf of her. Hence, her name was also printed in the cause list. For exploring the possibility of settlement only notice was ordered to the third respondent. Since she is not appear either in person or through counsel, there is no possibility of settlement. Therefore, the second respondent shall enquire the representation made by the petitioner on its own merits, by summoning the petitioner as well as the third respondent and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of parties. The parties shall appear before the second respondent police and co-operate with them to complete the process of enquiry. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the parties, if so aggrieved, can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings.

3.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
