Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to furnish the petitioner's service particulars during 03.06.1981 to 05.07.1984 under them and to direct the second respondent to sanction the petitioner's enhanced pension and Death Cum retirement Gratuity taking into account of the petitioner's earlier service under the third respondent.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to furnish the petitioner's service particulars during 03.06.1981 to 05.07.1984 under them and to direct the second respondent to sanction the petitioner's enhanced pension and Death Cum retirement Gratuity taking into account of the petitioner's earlier service under the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a retired employee, he made an application to furnish the service particulars of the petitioner for the period from 03.06.1981 to 05.07.1984. However, no order was passed. Hence, the present writ petition is filed with the abovesaid prayer.

Considering the limited request made by the the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the third respondent to furnish the service particulars of the petitioner for the period from 03.06.1981 to 05.07.1984, if available, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
