Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1 to 6th respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2023 and consequent representations regarding the erection of the statue of Mr. M. Kamaraj in Survey No.281/12C1A, Mullakadu Part-1, Tuticorin Taluk and District in light of the Circular issued by the Additional Chief Secretary, Commissioner of Revenue Administration in Letter No. RA VII(1)1946/2019 dated 26.03.2019. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1 to 6th respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2023 and consequent representations regarding the erection of the statue of Mr.M.Kamaraj in Survey No.281/12C1A, Mullakadu Part-1, Tuticorin Taluk and District in light of the Circular issued by the Additional Chief Secretary, Commissioner of Revenue Administration in Letter No.RA VII(1)1946/2019 dated 26.03.2019.

2.The application submitted by the petitioner is pending on the file of the first respondent seeking permission for erection of the statue of Mr.M.Kamaraj in Survey No.281/12C1A, Mullakadu Part-1, Tuticorin Taluk and District. At the same time, the objection raised by the petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.5752 of 2024 is also pending on the file of the first respondent. 3.In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the seventh respondent after giving opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.24595 of 2023, dated 04.01.2024 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
