Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner lodged his representation before the respondent alleging that in respect of the petition mentioned property there are several wrong entries. He therefore wants the respondent to issue a fresh and proper encumbrance certificate after deleting the wrong entries.
3.Therefore, the respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.06.2018 on merits and in accordance with law. The respondent shall pass orders on the writ petitioner's representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the matter. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
