ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to provide adequate police protection for the petitioner from the respondents 6 to 9, based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2021.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the sixth respondent is the husband of the petitioner and the sixth respondent after consuming alcohol, used to beat the petitioner and attempted to murder their 3 1⁄2 years child and prayed for a direction to give police protection to the petitioner and her child.

3.On the side of the respondents 1 to 5, it is stated that all the occurrence is said to have taken place at Chennai. All the private respondents are residing at Chennai. The representation was made only 17.03.2021. The representation might not have reached the respondent police at all.

4.In the above circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the proper forum.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
