O R D E R

The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the second respondent.

2.The second respondent states that a complaint had been received against the petitioner that he misappropriated the school funds. The petitioner was working as office superintendent in a private school. The petitioner's counsel states that the complaint has been given after a gap of ten years. The petitioner is 68 years old lady.

3.Taking note of all these aspects, the following directions are issued:- (i) If the second respondent wants to summons the petitioner, the second respondent will issue summons in writing.

(ii) if the second respondent registers any FIR against the petitioner, the second respondent will notify https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.4641 of 2020 the petitioner about the same so that the petitioner will have breathing time to move the Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.
