This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 03.04.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the petition enquiry has been conducted and subsequently the same has been closed on 06.04.2014. 4.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
