ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent herein/Inspector of Police, Palani Town Police Station, Dindigul District, to expedite the investigation in Crime No.992 of 2015 and to file final report within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner is the defacto complainant and he lodged a complaint as against four companies and the Directors of the said Companies for cheating the petitioner.

4. It appears that the petitioner and the proposed accused were doing some business in co-ordination and that there is some dispute. It is stated that the proposed accused has cheated the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to the tune of few lakhs.

5. Having regard to the nature of the complaint and the details furnished by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- "The respondent is directed to expedite the investigation in Crime No.992 of 2015 and to file final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
