Side) appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. 2015 has been closed and he produced a xerox copy of the closure report before this Court.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
