ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents herein not to interfere in civil dispute and not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry without following the procedures established by law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents No.1 and 2 would submit that the case in Crime No.241 of 2022 has been registered against the unknown person under Section 436 of IPC. During the course of investigation, it was found that the petitioners are involved in the above said occurrence. Further submitted that the petitioners have filed Crl.M.P No.1239 of 2023 before the Principal Sessions Court, Madurai, seeking anticipatory bail and the same was dismissed as withdrawn, dated 24.02.2023.

3. Since the respondent Police found out during the course of investigation that the petitioners have involved in the above said occurrence, the petitioners are directed to co-operate with the 2/4

investigation officer to complete the investigation. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the outcome of the investigation, they are at liberty to workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
