O R D E R

This Civil Revision petition is filed for issuing a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul, to dispose of the case in Trust O.P.No.160 of 2009 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. It is the case of the petitioners that they filed a petition in Trust O.P.No.160 of 2009 before the Principal District Court, Dindigul, in the year 2009 and the same was adjourned periodically without any progress. Therefore, the petitioners preferred this Revision petition seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul, to dispose of the case in Trust O.P.No.160 of 2009 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Trust O.P., is pending from the year 2009 which cause great prejudice to the petitioners.

5. Considering the fact that the above Trust O.P., is pending from the year 2009, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:- "(a) the Civil Revision petition is allowed;

(b) the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul, is directed to dispose of the case in Trust O.P.No.160 of 2009 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without giving any further adjournments to either parties;

(c) both the parties are directed to cooperate for the early disposal of the above Trust O.P."

No costs.
