ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are the accused Nos.2 and 3 and they were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.05.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 379 of I.P.C., @ 420, 379 r/w. 120(b) of I.P.C., in Crime No.146 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused have committed theft of three sovereigns of gold chain on 02.04.2015.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody from 02.05.2015 and they may be released on bail.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the charge sheet has been filed in this case and the jewels were recovered from the accused.
5. Considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody from 02.05.2015 and the charge sheet has been filed in this case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released
on bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I,Virudhunagar and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 27/05/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
