2.The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police while patrol duty, they intercepted a lorry bearing registration No.TN 69 AX 9029 and checked the vehicle, which was carrying three units of river sand without any valid permit. 3.According to the investigation, the petitioner herein is the main person, who has organized illicit mining of the river sand. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. CRL OP(MD). No.4758 of 2020 5.Considering the bad antecedent of the petitioner and the illegal act of mining river sand, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
