This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.10.2017.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the complaint has been enquired. In the enquiry, it was found that the petitioner has availed a loan from the Bank of India and the Bank officials have committed a mistake as if the petitioner is irregular in payment of installment amount and as there was no evidence before the respondent police for further investigation, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to seek his appropriate remedy before the Civil Court in the manner known to law.
