PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- for Anticipatory bail in Crime No.65 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147,452,323 and 506(ii) of IPC seek anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioners and the defacto complainant are neighbours. Regarding throwing garbage into the house of the defacto complainant there was a frequent quarrel between two family members. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

CRL OP(MD). No.4766 of 2020 On 24.02.2020, similar quarrel has occurred wherein both have exchanged blows and filthy words.

3. The First Information Report indicates that the petitioner as well as the defacto complainant are not able to live peacefully and cordially. They are frequently picking quarrel with each other. This has created nuisance and law and order problem. The police has registered case and counter cases against both parties in Crime Nos. 65 and 66 of 2020 and the injured persons on both side were discharged only on 04.03.2020. The respondent police is yet to start their investigation. Unless the accused persons are secured, investigation cannot take off in the proper direction.

4. Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
