Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police in Crime No.148 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 294 (b), 509 and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act and seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 26.04.2015, the accused had abused the defacto complainant and also threatened her with dire consequences.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners and the defacto complainant are neighbours and there is a dispute over the boundary line and therefore, they have been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that A3 was already arrested and released on bail.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side).

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
