Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner seeks providing of electricity connection for the petition mentioned residential house that belongs to her. Without going into the controversies raised by the respondents 4 and 5, this Court directs the Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation to grant electricity supply to the writ petitioner's house by drawing lines or erecting poles over the land that does not belong to either fourth respondent or fifth respondents. 3.Subject to fulfilment of all other formalities, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to grant such electricity supply to the petitioner's house within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Writ Petition is allowed on these terms. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
