Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in connection with the impugned order of Recovery passed by him vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Thi.3/142/2020 dated 03.02.2020 and subsequent impugned order of suspension passed by him vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Thi3/142/2020 dated 04.03.2020 and quash both as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
