PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to grant direction, directing the R1 and R2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner, her husband and her family members for their life and limb based on her complaint dated 25.02.2022.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner, her husband and her family members for their life and limb based on her complaint dated 25.02.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 09.03.2022. He would further submit that the petitioner's husband is an accused in Crime No.468 of 2017 registered for the offences under sections 465,468,471,417,120(B) of IPC and Sections 66 and 43(1) of Information Technology (Amendment) Act ,2008. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
