Respondents/Arbitrators Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of The Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in Arbitration O.P. No. 76 of 1994 dated 23.12.2021 and allow said application. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 24.03.2023, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in AROP No.76/1994 with in a period of six months, and the requisition letter dated 12.10.2023 in D.No.3129 of 2023, submitted by the Principal Sub Judge,Madurai, this Court made the following order: "This matter is listed today under the caption for 'extension of time'. 2.It is seen from the records that this Court vide order, dated 24.03.
2023, directed the trial Court to pass necessary orders under Section 17 of the Act to make the award a rule of the Court within six months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai, has submitted a requisition, dated 12.10.
report and seeks six months further time.
3.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that directions may be given to comply with the order within one month as the District Registrar is expected to send the report within short time. 4.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Respondent, this Court is inclined to grant three months time.
5.Accordingly, the trial Court is directed to pass necessary orders as per the directions of this Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
