ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the 8th accused and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 364(A), 367, 368, 452, 506(ii) r/w. 120(b) I.P.C., in Crime No.94 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody from 19.03.2015 and the co-accused viz., A4 and A6 were already released on bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6677 of 2015 dated 13.04.2015. Therefore, the petitioner may be released on bail.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody from 19.03.2015 and the co-accused viz., A4 and A6 were already released https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ on bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6677 of 2015 dated

13.04.2015, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 27/05/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
