PRAYER :- to extend the time to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Judicial Magaistrate, Sankarankovil as per the order by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.16201 of 2019, dated 08.11.2019 on the file of this Court.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.16201 of 2019, dated 08.11.2019, for surrender and execution of sureties.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

No.2728 of 2020 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender and execution of sureties is extended by 26.03.2020, failing which the anticipatory bail granted by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.16201 of 2019, dated 08.11.2019, shall stand dismissed automatically.
