PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute in relating to restitution of conjugal rights under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, on the investigation of the 3rd respondent.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that based on the complaint petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. 4.The same is recorded. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent Police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him. 5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
