Respondents P RAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to issue application cum tender schedule to the petitioner and permit him to participate in the Tender /Auction in respective of various works falling under the jurisdiction of the 2nd Respondent in the year 2022-2025 by following the Fair and Reasonable Procedure in Terms of Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act-1998, Consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to collect the Tender / Auction Bids (Demand Drafts or Cheques) one day before the date of Tender / Auction schedule i.e before 24.03.2022. ORDER

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second and third respondents placed before this Court a notice dated 18.03.2022 sent by the Corporation to the petitioner intimating him that he has to pay the outstanding dues of Rs.68,42,361/- to enable him to get a copy of the tender schedule. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, he has to challenge the same in the manner known to him under law.

W.P.[MD]No.5029 of 2022 2.This Writ Petition stands disposed of by recording the notice dated 18.03.2022 issued by the respondent Corporation to the petitioner as stated supra. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the said notice dated 18.03.2022 in the manner known to him under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
