This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to register the complaint, dated 22.05.2017 preferred by the petitioner for the offences punishable under Section 379 of I.P.C., and to take action against the accused in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. The petitioner himself admits that the complaint has been registered in Crime No.197 of 2017 on 16.11.2017 for the alleged offence under Section 379 of I.P.C.
