ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 417, 376 and 506(ii) IPC., in Crime No.123 of 2014, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.9409 of 2014 vide order dated 23.12.2014 and due to illness of the petitioner, she did not appear before the concerned Magistrate within the time stipulated by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai and therefore he prays for anticipatory bail.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (crl.side). 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate Level), Madurai, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

5.The petitioner shall appear before the learned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
