This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission to perform the programs, such as, Adal Padal Programme, on 23.04.2018 at night 07.00 PM to 12.00 PM, in Arulmigu Sri Muthumariamman Thirukovil, situated at Periyar Nagar, Ponnamaravathy Taluk, Pudukkottai District, and to provide adequate police protection based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Admittedly, the representation dated 23.04.2018, has been submitted by the petitioner in his individual capacity and therefore, this Court cannot entertain this Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, if any representation is made either by a member of Vizha Kuzhu or the Trustee or the organization, the same shall be considered by the second respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 22.04.2018. No costs.
