ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.511 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Nanguneri.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the case in C.C.No.511 of 2019 was disposed of. Further, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
