The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in M.C.No.16 of 2017 dated 01.10.2017 on the file of the Respondent No.1 and quash the same.

2.The impugned order clearly discloses the ingredients of Section 111 of Cr.P.C., are satisfied. Since, on the basis of the information furnished by the respondent police and registration of criminal complaint in Cr.No.165 of 2017, the petitioners and others were called upon to show cause why they should not be called upon to furnish the surety for the value of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) along with two sureties bond, this Court find no irregularity or illegality in the show cause notice under Section 107 Cr.P.C., and the petition to quash the same does not arise.
