ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is facing trial in SC.No.46 of 2002 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Kuzhithurai. He seeks anticipatory bail apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police on the basis of the NBW issued by the learned Assistant Sessions Court, Kuzhithurai.

2.On account of the absence of the petitioner, Non Bailable Warrant came to be issued. But, the petitioner undertakes before this Court he shall appear on all future hearings without any default.

3.The petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Court on the next hearing date and apply for recalling the non bailable warrant. The learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Kuzhithurai is directed to recall the non bailable warrant on the same day. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
