ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Karur, Karur District, to dispose of the case in HMOP.No.247 of 2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that HMOP.No.247 of 2017 is filed in the year 2017 and therefore, the petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the case.

3.Considering the fact that since interim maintenance application in DVP.No.8 of 2017 is pending from the year 2017, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate No.2, Karur is directed to dispose of the case within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and after disposal of DVP.No.8 of 2017, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Karur, Karur District, is directed to dispose of the case in HMOP.No.247 of 2017 within a period of two months from the date of disposal of DVP.No.8 of 2017. 4.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
