ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the third respondent not to issue any work order to the 4th respondent who is the successful tenderer pursuant to the tender notification dated 18.12.2025.
2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the third respondent Municipality has issued the tender notification on 18.12.2025 for the purpose of granting licence to run paid bathroom and toilet. Though the fourth respondent was the successful bidder, he had not paid the amount in time and therefore, the work order should not be issued.
3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that it is not a work order but a licence to collect the user fee from the user of the bathroom and toilet and the said license has already been issued to the 4th respondent on 08.01.2026.

4. In view of the above said facts, this writ petition stands disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the license dated 08.01.2026, if he is so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
