2. The second respondent may examine the appeal and pass necessary orders, within a period of 16 weeks, from the date of receipt of this order. While disposing the appeal, the second respondent may also examine the order of this Court passed in WP(MD)No.21903 of 2022, dated 24.11.2022 and also kept in mind the fact that the land for which patta sought for is actually a sarkar poramboke land.
