ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A-1 & A-2 in Crime No.158 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police were arrested and remanded to the judicial custody by the respondent police on 02.05.2015 for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act and hence seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused were found in possession of 2.100 Kgs of ganja.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) opposed the bail application stating that both the petitioners are having one previous case.

5. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees

ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge for Principal Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
