ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate , Vallioor to expedite the trial in C.C.No.245/2019 and complete the same within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending trial without any progress.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the some of the witnesses have been examined in this case.

4. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate , Vallioor to dispose the case pending in CC No. 245 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings. Further the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on hall hearing dates without fail and co-operate for trial.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
