O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to give adequate police protection to life and limp of the petitioner and their family members based on the complaints dated 30.01.2024 and 16.02.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the second respondent and the same will be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.

3.Since the petitioner's complaints are pending with the second respondent, it is for him to conduct enquiry and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

4.Therefore, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's complaint and dispose of the same after affording opportunity to both the parties, within a period of fifteen days in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
