ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A) IPC., and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No. Not Known of 2015, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the first petitioner and the de-facto complainant got married on 02.11.2014 as per the Hindu Customs and Rights. Due to the misunderstanding in between the first petitioner and the de-facto complainant, she left her matrimonial home and started living her parental home and thereafter the petitioners herein demanded dowry from the defacto complainant.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners states that when the matter is came up before this Court on 27.05.2015, interim order was granted in respect of the first petitioner not to arrest till the Mediation is over. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that it is only an petition enquiry, till date FIR is not registered. 5.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, the harassment of the petitioner does not arise in this case. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum, as and when the apprehension is arise.
