ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 395 & 397 IPC in Crime No.377 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police.
3.In this case a car was taken on hire and thereafter the petitioner and others threatened the de facto complainant and dropped the cell phone and taken away a sum of Rs.5,000/- and also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ took Maruthi car by pushing him out of the car.
4.The gravity of the offence is quite serious. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
